How does my group get our tickets?
You may pick up your tickets at our Awakening Box Office which is open on show days starting at 2 p.m.
Can children attend the show?
Children five years or older may attend and require their own ticket.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once tickets are booked, no cancellations are allowed. The order may be modified at any time up to one day prior to the show date; however, should the order no longer qualify as a group booking, it loses all inherent benefits.
How long is the show?
80 minutes with no intermission.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, we allow non-flash photography and brief video capture only. Guests must remain seated and avoid raising phone for extended periods when taking a photo or video.
